This digital book brings together a set of illustrations developed by 8th grade students, class F, within the scope of the Visual Education subject, as an integral part of the “Blue Action” Project — an initiative that promotes environmental education, blue literacy and the appreciation of marine and coastal ecosystems. The activity began with a study visit to the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Based on this experience of direct contact with the territory, the students were challenged to represent, through illustration, various species of fauna and flora observed. Using mixed techniques and watercolour, we created works that reveal artistic sensitivity, attention to detail and commitment to the preservation of nature.
