🌍 WE UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE OF WATER WITH ART! 🎨 Within the scope of our project, while we carried out many works explaining the importance of water at the Talas Youth Center Deneyap Workshop, this time we went on an in-depth exploration with an ancient art: EBRU We first told our students the roots of marbling, which means 'like a cloud', and the story of the paints dancing on the surface of the water. Then we asked a critical question: ❓ "Why does Ebru want a specially prepared water? Why don't these magical patterns occur in tap water?" This question sparked a great discussion! Together with our students, we talked about how the consistency (viscosity), pH balance and purity of water are the basis of marbling, just like a painter's canvas. 💡 And here is that main message: Our waters, lakes and seas in nature have a delicate balance, just like the water in the marbling boat. If you pour waste on that boat instead of paint, there will be no marbling. If you pour pollutants into nature's water, life in it can never be beautiful and healthy. After this impressive moment of awareness, they each created their own water-themed marbling works. It was an unforgettable workshop where art, science and environmental awareness met! Within the scope of our project, we are proud to carry out many workshops that explain the importance of protecting our waters with experiments, design, coding and now art, in the technology and innovation environment of Deneyap. 📚 We make a difference by learning, producing and feeling through art!
