What is the purpose of this catalogue?

The ProBleu Resource Catalogue hosts material for educators like yourself to create lessons on topics of water literacy. You can browse Slides, Worksheets, Spreadsheets, Videos, Simulations and External Resources to help you to create lessons for students. Anyone is free to browse the material here but you will need to be a registered user to upload material and create/download Resource Bundles.

What is a Resource Bundle?

Materials in the ProBleu Resource Catalogue are grouped together into Resource Bundles. These contain a selection of different types of material that can help you to build lessons for delivery in the classroom. For example, one Resource Bundle may contain a selection of Slides which introduces a concept, a Video which features a Scientist explaining applications of the concept and a Dataset which provides a task for your students. Once these materials have been added to a Resource Bundle, you can download the materials to your local machine for further modification to the exact needs of your students.

How do I create a Resource Bundle?

There are three easy ways to create a Resource Bundle.

  1. When uploading a document, you can select answer Yes to the question Would you like to create a bundle directly from your upload? After your document has been uploaded, the catalogue will add the individual components into a newly created Resource Bundle.

    1. Navigate to the Resource Bundles page.

    2. Press the Create a New Bundle button.

    3. Fill in the form with appropriate details and hit the Save Changes button.

    4. Congratulations your Resource Bundle has been created! Now, you will want to fill it with some of our great material.

      1. If you want to select multiple items at once, browse material of interest and select the Add to Bundle boxes. Then press the Add All Resources to Bundle button. Find your newly created Resource Bundle in the dropdown and hit Save Changes.

      2. If you are looking in more detail at a specific piece of content then find the Add to Bundle button. Find your newly created Resource Bundle in the dropdown and hit Save Changes.

  2. See a Resource Bundle you like but want to add/remove items before you download? You can Clone a Bundle by pressing the Clone Bundle button in the main banner on a Resource Bundle page. This clones the bundle to your area which means you can edit it as you wish.

How can I browse material?

Press the Browse dropdown at the top of the catalogue. Here you can choose how and what you want to browse. Now use the age range and search bar to further filter results.

  • Resource Bundles - This shows you all of the avaiable Resource Bundles. These are collections of materials that are ready to use!

  • Topics - This shows you content that has been associated with a high level water literacy topic.

  • All Materials - This shows you all of the components available to you.

  • External Links - Here are some links to external providers with additional resources that you may find useful.

How can I upload material?

You need to be logged in to upload. Once logged in, navigate to the Upload link at the top of the catalogue. Choose what you would like to upload and hit the Select button. Fill in the form and hit the Upload button.

How do I download material?

You need to be logged in to download. You can only download material via a Resource Bundle. So, firstly, find or create a Resource Bundle with material of your choosing. Then navigate to that Resource Bundle and hit the Download Bundle button.

What are External Links?

These are resources on other websites that you can find more material relating to water literacy. Know of a good resource that could complement our offering? Then please upload your very own External Link so that others in our community can benefit.

Is the material supported in my language?

Yes! Most of the dynamic material that is uploaded to the catalogue, along with all of static parts of the website are available in the 24 official EU languages. This means that users across Europe are able to easily identify material that is appropriate for their classroom. Downloaded material has been designed to be modifiable. This means that once you download material, you will be easily able to adapt the contents for the needs of your students.

How do I register?

Navigate to the Register page and complete the form. We will then verify your eligibility and activate your account. You need to be a recipient of ProBleu funding but if you are not then Contact Us.
